How the integration works

The module connects to Wapro Mag through its database-level API and SDK, using Asseco’s supported integration methods. Order flow: from sales to production and back

When a customer order lands in Wapro Mag, the integration module picks it up and creates a matching production order in OpenMES with all necessary details: product specification, quantity, required delivery date, and customer reference. As production progresses, status updates (started, in progress, quality check, completed) flow back to Wapro Mag in real time, giving sales and logistics teams full visibility into fulfillment timelines — without a single phone call to the production floor.

Product and recipe (BOM) synchronization

The product master data stays in sync between both platforms. When you update a product name, price, unit of measure, or EAN code in either system, the change propagates automatically. Bills of Materials and production recipes defined in OpenMES map to Wapro Mag goods and components, enabling accurate cost calculation and margin analysis that accounts for actual material consumption — not just planned values.

Live inventory management

Every time an operator in OpenMES reports material usage — scanning a barcode, confirming a production step, or closing a batch — the corresponding raw material stock in Wapro Mag decreases immediately. Finished goods that pass quality control are automatically booked into the designated Wapro Mag warehouse. This real-time mirror eliminates end-of-shift reconciliation, prevents overselling, and gives purchasing teams accurate data for reorder decisions.

Warehouse document automation

The module auto-generates standard Polish warehouse documents inside Wapro Mag based on what actually happens in production:

• PZ (Przyjęcie Zewnętrzne) — receipt of finished goods from production into warehouse
• WZ (Wydanie Zewnętrzne) — goods issued for shipment to customers
• RW (Rozchód Wewnętrzny) — internal consumption of raw materials and components
• PW (Przyjęcie Wewnętrzne) — internal receipt of semi-finished products between production stages
• Invoices — generated automatically when production orders are completed and shipped

Configuration and deployment

Integration setup is handled through the OpenMES admin panel. You configure the Wapro Mag database connection (server, database name, credentials), map your OpenMES warehouses and production lines to Wapro Mag stock locations, set synchronization intervals, and choose which document types to auto-generate.
