What is the Subiekt NEXO PRO integration module?
The Subiekt NEXO PRO integration module for OpenMES is a dedicated connector that bridges your manufacturing execution system with InsERT Subiekt NEXO PRO — one of the most widely used ERP and warehouse management platforms among small and medium-sized manufacturers in Poland. The module enables bidirectional, real-time data synchronization between production and commerce, eliminating manual data entry, reducing human errors, and ensuring that your ERP always reflects the actual state of the shop floor.
This is a paid module — pricing depends on the scope of integration, number of synchronized warehouses, and required customization. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Why integrate OpenMES with Subiekt NEXO PRO?
Manufacturers who rely on both an MES and an ERP system often face the same problem: data lives in two places. Orders are entered manually into both systems, stock levels go out of sync, and warehouse documents require double handling. The OpenMES–Subiekt NEXO PRO integration solves this by creating a single source of truth that spans production planning, execution, inventory, and invoicing.
- Eliminate double data entry — orders, products, and stock movements flow automatically between systems
- Real-time inventory accuracy — raw material consumption on the shop floor instantly updates ERP stock levels
- Faster order fulfillment — sales orders in Subiekt automatically trigger production orders in OpenMES
- Fewer errors, less paperwork — warehouse documents (PZ, WZ, RW, PW) and invoices are generated automatically
- Full traceability — every production event links back to the corresponding ERP document
How the integration works
The module communicates with Subiekt NEXO PRO through the Sfera API — InsERT’s official programmatic integration layer. This ensures a stable, vendor-supported connection that survives Subiekt version updates. Data flows through configurable triggers and schedules, giving you full control over what syncs, when, and in which direction.
Order synchronization
When a sales order is created in Subiekt NEXO PRO, the integration module automatically generates a corresponding production order in OpenMES. The production order inherits all relevant data: product, quantity, required delivery date, and customer reference. Once production is complete, the fulfillment status, actual completion date, and produced quantities flow back to Subiekt — closing the loop without any manual intervention.
Product catalog and Bill of Materials (BOM) sync
Changes to the product catalog — names, SKUs, EAN codes, prices, and units of measure — synchronize bidirectionally between both systems. Bills of Materials (BOMs) and recipes defined in OpenMES are automatically linked to corresponding goods and components in Subiekt, enabling accurate production costing and margin analysis directly in your ERP.
Real-time inventory and warehouse management
Every material consumption event reported by operators in OpenMES immediately decreases raw material stock levels in Subiekt. Conversely, finished goods produced and quality-approved in OpenMES are automatically received into the designated ERP warehouse. This real-time sync prevents overselling, enables accurate purchasing decisions, and eliminates end-of-day manual stock reconciliation.
Automatic document generation
The module generates Polish-standard warehouse documents in Subiekt NEXO PRO based on production events:
- PZ (Przyjęcie Zewnętrzne) — goods received from production
- WZ (Wydanie Zewnętrzne) — goods issued for dispatch
- RW (Rozchód Wewnętrzny) — internal material consumption
- PW (Przyjęcie Wewnętrzne) — internal goods receipt
- Invoices — automatically generated from completed production orders
Configuration and setup
The integration is configured through the OpenMES administration panel. You provide your Sfera API credentials (server address, database name, operator login), map OpenMES warehouses to Subiekt stock locations, define synchronization frequency, and select which document types should be generated automatically. The entire setup is guided and does not require programming knowledge.
Technical requirements
- Subiekt NEXO PRO with an active Sfera API license
- Network connectivity between the OpenMES server and the Subiekt NEXO PRO database server
- OpenMES (compatible version confirmed during consultation)
Who is this module for?
The Subiekt NEXO PRO integration is designed for Polish manufacturers who already use Subiekt as their primary ERP and want to add a dedicated MES layer without abandoning their existing business processes. It is especially valuable for companies that:
- Manage production and sales in separate systems and lose time on manual data transfers
- Need real-time inventory visibility across production and warehouse
- Want to automate warehouse document generation to reduce administrative overhead
- Require full production traceability linked to ERP documents for audit and compliance
