What is the Streamsoft integration module?
The Streamsoft integration module for OpenMES connects your manufacturing execution system with Streamsoft Prestiż and Streamsoft Pro – Polish ERP platforms specifically designed for manufacturing companies. Streamsoft is one of the few Polish ERP vendors with native production management modules (technology cards, production orders, capacity planning), making it a natural integration partner for MES systems.

Why integrate OpenMES with Streamsoft?
Streamsoft Prestiż and Pro provide production planning, technology management, and shop floor documentation. Their manufacturing modules handle BOMs (technology cards), production orders, and material requirements planning. But real-time machine connectivity, OEE tracking, SPC analysis, and instant operator feedback require a dedicated MES layer.
OpenMES adds that real-time execution layer. It connects directly to machines and operators, captures every cycle and event, and feeds the results back to Streamsoft as completed production orders, warehouse documents, and quality records – all synchronized automatically.
How the integration works
The module connects to Streamsoft via direct database integration (Firebird for Prestiż, MS SQL Server for Pro) or via the Streamsoft API where available. Data synchronization supports both real-time (event-driven) and batch modes.
Key data flows
- Production Orders – Orders from Streamsoft’s manufacturing module are received by OpenMES. Execution data (actual times, quantities, scrap) flows back as production completion reports.
- Technology Cards / BOMs – Technology definitions, operations, and material lists from Streamsoft are imported into OpenMES and kept synchronized.
- Warehouse Documents – PZ, WZ, RW, and PW documents are generated in Streamsoft based on actual production events tracked by OpenMES.
- Inventory – Material stock levels are synchronized for availability checking. Production consumption and output update Streamsoft inventory in real time.
- Quality – Inspection results and defect data from OpenMES are linked to production orders in Streamsoft for traceability and compliance.
Supported versions
The module supports Streamsoft Prestiż 2024+ and Streamsoft Pro. Streamsoft Ewa (entry-level) has limited production modules – contact us for compatibility assessment.
