When something happens in OpenMES — a production order starts, a batch completes, quality data is recorded, inventory moves — Pantheon captures the event and routes it to every connected system that needs to know. Routes are configurable: you define what events trigger what actions, in which systems, with what data transformations applied along the way.
Connector framework
Each external system connects through a dedicated connector. Connectors handle protocol differences, authentication, data format translation, and error recovery. Pantheon ships with connectors for common integration patterns (REST API, database sync, file-based exchange, message queues) and can be extended with custom connectors for proprietary systems.
Data transformation and mapping
Different systems use different data models. A product in your ERP has different fields than the same product in your MES. Pantheon includes a data transformation engine that maps fields between systems, converts units, applies business rules, and validates data before delivery — ensuring that every system receives information in the format it expects.
Monitoring and error handling
Every message flowing through Pantheon is logged, timestamped, and traceable. If a delivery fails — network timeout, target system down, validation error — Pantheon queues the message for automatic retry and alerts your operations team. Failed messages can be inspected, corrected, and replayed manually when needed. This gives you full visibility into your integration health and eliminates the “silent failure” problem common in point-to-point integrations.
Multi-site and multi-company support
For manufacturers operating multiple production sites or legal entities, Pantheon can route data between sites, aggregate cross-plant reporting, and maintain separate data flows per company — all from a single deployment.
