What is the Logo Tiger / Netsis integration module?
The Logo Tiger / Netsis integration module for OpenMES connects your manufacturing execution system with Logo Tiger Enterprise and Logo Netsis – Turkey’s most widely used ERP platforms for mid-market and large enterprises. The module bridges Logo’s production planning, warehouse management, and financial modules with OpenMES’s real-time shop floor tracking, creating an integrated production data pipeline.
This is a paid module – pricing depends on the Logo product edition, integration scope, and customization. Contact us for a quote.
Why integrate OpenMES with Logo Tiger / Netsis?
Logo Tiger and Netsis provide comprehensive production planning, material management, and warehouse operations. Their manufacturing modules handle BOMs, work orders, and MRP. But real-time machine connectivity, OEE measurement, and inline quality data capture require a dedicated MES layer that can operate at machine speed – not at ERP transaction speed.
OpenMES provides that real-time execution layer. Production events captured by OpenMES – cycle completions, material consumption, scrap, quality measurements – are translated into Logo transactions automatically: stock movements, production order completions, and quality records. This eliminates manual data entry and gives managers real-time visibility into production status.
How the integration works
The module connects to Logo Tiger/Netsis via REST API web services (Logo j-Platform) or direct database integration (MS SQL Server). Both on-premise and Logo Cloud deployments are supported.
Key data flows
- Production Orders – Work orders from Logo are received by OpenMES for execution. Completion data (quantities, times, materials consumed) flows back as production order closings.
- Warehouse Movements – Stock transactions (material issues, finished goods receipts, scrap postings) are generated automatically based on production events.
- BOMs / Recipes – Product recipes and BOMs from Logo are imported into OpenMES and synchronized when changes occur.
- Inventory – Stock card data and warehouse levels are available in OpenMES for material checks. Production movements update Logo inventory in real time.
- Quality – Quality inspection results and defect data from OpenMES are recorded against production orders in Logo for compliance and traceability.
Supported versions
The module supports Logo Tiger Enterprise 3, Logo Netsis 3 Standard/Enterprise, and Logo j-Platform (cloud). Logo Go3 (entry-level) has limited API access – contact us for compatibility assessment.
