What is the enova365 integration module?
The enova365 integration module for OpenMES connects your manufacturing execution system with enova365 – a modern, Polish-built ERP platform by Soneta, designed for mid-market companies. The module bridges enova365’s business management capabilities (trade, warehouse, manufacturing, CRM) with OpenMES’s real-time shop floor data capture, creating an end-to-end production data pipeline from order intake to finished goods.
This is a paid module – pricing depends on the scope of integration, number of enova365 modules connected, and customization. Contact us for a quote.
Why integrate OpenMES with enova365?
enova365 provides solid trade, warehouse, and financial management with an increasingly capable manufacturing module (enova365 Produkcja). It handles production planning, BOM management, and basic shop floor documentation. But for companies with real-time production tracking needs – machine connectivity, OEE dashboards, SPC analysis, and instant WIP visibility – enova365 alone leaves a gap between what’s planned and what’s actually happening on the floor.
OpenMES fills that gap by capturing production events at machine speed and feeding the results back into enova365 as structured warehouse documents, production reports, and quality records – all generated automatically, with no manual data entry.
How the integration works
The module connects to enova365 via its REST API (enova365 in the cloud) or direct database integration (on-premise MS SQL Server deployments). enova365’s extensibility model (additional modules and handlers) can be leveraged for custom integration scenarios.
Key data flows
- Production Orders – Manufacturing orders created in enova365 are pushed to OpenMES for execution. OpenMES tracks every operation, then posts completion data (quantities produced, materials consumed, labor hours) back to enova365.
- Warehouse Documents – PZ (goods receipt), WZ (goods dispatch), RW (internal consumption), and PW (production receipt) are generated automatically from production events.
- Products and BOMs – Product definitions, BOMs, and manufacturing recipes from enova365 are synchronized into OpenMES. Changes propagate automatically.
- Inventory – Stock levels across enova365 warehouses are available in OpenMES for material availability checks. Production-driven stock changes flow back to enova365 in real time.
- Quality – Inspection results and non-conformance data from OpenMES are stored against production orders in enova365 for audit and compliance purposes.
Supported versions
The module supports enova365 version 2024.1+ with Handel (Trade) and Magazyn (Warehouse) modules. The Produkcja (Manufacturing) module integration is optional but recommended. Both cloud (enova365 online) and on-premise deployments are supported.
